The story of a profession that has been in a crisis in recent years – Photojournalism. The film follows two photojournalists, residents of the South of Israel (Near the Gaza border). Each try in their own way to survive and remain sane in a vanishing profession, that forces them to make a daily choice between their job and their family.
Eli Hershkovitz (Ha’aretz), has already been divorced twice, and Eddie Israel (Ma’ariv) is doing everything that he can not to miss out on his children growing up. The movie’s director, who is also in the same profession, will try, in his own way, to learn from them. This films gives the viewer a glimpse to a world of those who have the ability to capture historic moments of an entire country, and change agendas, but no one knows them. They will always be beyond the frame.
