28 years ago Maseganio Tadela came to Israel from Ethiopia, he chooses fanatically to retain his original culture and hardly speaks Hebrew. Today he is 74, after losing his wife he is afraid, afraid of losing his identity, afraid of dying and afraid of being alone. Maseganio goes out on a journey through his childrens homes where he faces the harsh reality. He thought that he had passed on the Jewish Ethiopian culture and values, but he realizes that he belongs to a disappearing generation. After acknowledging the new reality, Maseganio decides to survive in his own ways.
